Junior Accountant
ZL Technologies is seeking a Junior Accountant to assist with basic accounting duties. Please note this is an onsite position in Milpitas, CA.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Managing daily accounting and accounting tasks for business
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Assist in the processing of financial reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Good knowledge of accounting software
- BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
