IT Systems Manager

ZL Tech’s global IT team is hiring a hardworking IT Systems Manager with a background in network, storage, virtualization, cloud and other IT admin and project work, to work on internal ZL systems as well as work with clients on their systems around their ZL engagement.

Responsibilities

• Network monitoring and network troubleshooting for stability, proper configuration, and performance
• Patch management
• Infrastructure management
• Installing and supporting network related technologies including LANs, VPN's, WANs, WLANs, routers, firewalls, switches, load balancers, etc. (multi-vendor platforms)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD
• Network Abstraction (Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networking) and cloud technologies (AWS and Azure)
• Cloud administration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Managing operating systems, storage, servers
• Implementing data backup and recovery systems, including off-site storage
• Perform root cause analyses and develop resolutions
• Delivering infrastructure via automation
• Programming and scripting
• Implementing zero trust architecture, endpoint and network security solutions in an enterprise and strong experience with controls such as Intune, MDM, MAM, EDR/XDR/MDR.
• Using source control and versioning tools.
• Dealing with datacenter.
• Working within ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with SOC2, FedRAMP is a nice-to-have.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant IT role
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Proven ability to work calmly and professionally with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to adapt to and work well within a team environment.
• Demonstrated excellence in time management, planning and communication skills.
